Annie Conderacci

Hi!  I’m Annie.  I started at Capgemini in the summer of 2008, soon after graduating from college.  I attended Rice University in Houston, TX (Yee-Haw!) and majored in Political Science and Policy Studies.  Before coming to Cap, I spent one semester in Washington, D.C. studying international business and trade while interning as a trade analyst for an international law firm.

I joined the SAP Supply Chain group in July, 2008 and have not stopped learning since then!  I am based out of the Houston office and have been fortunate enough to participate in recruiting when I’m not at the client site.  I am currently working on an SAP implementation for an international power generation and offshore drilling company.  As a member of the PMO, I’m responsible for project methodology, scope, planning, resource management, and scheduling.  Though it’s a lot of work, I’m learning a lot and having a lot of fun working with a great team.

Though I have lived in Houston for a few years now, I grew up in Baltimore and still consider it home.  I still play lacrosse and even coach now in my free time.  I eat crabs at any chance I can (but only if they are covered in Old Bay seasoning) and cheer for the Orioles and the Ravens (even when they lose).  Though my heart belongs in B-more, I enjoy exploring new places, finding adventure with my friends (or letting it find us), and trying new things.

Lindsey Putzier

Greetings!  I’m Lindsey Putzier (pronounced put-zee-yay…it’s French, but I’m not.)- I’m a Midwesterner with East Coast roots who ended up at a Southern university and now lives somewhere between the North and the South in the Washington, D.C. area.  I joined Capgemini in September 2006, after graduating from The University of Virginia (WAHOOWA!) with dual bachelor’s degrees in Commerce (that’s a fancy way of saying “business”) and French.

I’ve been on my current project now for a year, working for one of the world’s largest telecommunications firms.  My main role right now is as a business analyst, gathering and writing business requirements.  I also manage an offshore development team, which I really enjoy, since it’s challenging and rewarding to coordinate onshore and offshore interactions.  In addition, I recently put together a training program for 15 people who just joined the project.

When I’m not working, I enjoy singing (I’m trained in opera, but I also love singing Broadway songs for fun), kickboxing, cycling all around the numerous D.C. trails, cooking and trying out new recipes, attending lots of concerts and musicals, decorating and redecorating my home with little or no money, and walking as often as I can (as opposed to driving – not a big fan).

Jane True

I recently graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA specializing in Leadership & Change Management, Product Management, and Strategy.  My industry experience includes generic (International Sales & Marketing, Corporate Communications) and branded pharmaceuticals (Brand Strategy).  I also have a Masters Degree in Music (Choral Conducting) and undergraduate degree (BA) in Music.  As you can see, consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds!

Currently, I am a Senior Consultant in Capgemini’s Life Sciences practice.  Our clients include top pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies.  I am always learning new therapeutic areas and helping management make key decisions regarding strategy and change management.  I am based out of the NY (Manhattan) office – as you can imagine, many of our clients are in the NY/NJ area.

In my spare time I enjoy playing video games (I love Final Fantasy!), watching movies, and knitting.

I joined Capgemini in 1999 (back then I was part of Ernst & Young) after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management and minors in Marketing and Management Information Systems. I have seen a lot of organizational changes over the years!

I have spent most of my time with the company working in the Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment practice delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions using a popular software package, Siebel. Recently my projects have involved technical testing, such as performance and automation testing. In another way, my teams get to break software applications by sending them a lot of traffic. Both “careers” have given me the opportunity to consult for 5 Fortune 100 companies all over the country, as well as a 3-month project in Tokyo.

On the personal side, I have been married for 3 years - proof that it’s possible to balance travel and home life! My hobbies include grilling, playing guitar, and watching movies. For vacation, my family and I love to go skiing.

I graduated in May 2007 from the University of Virginia with a BA in Psychology and Foreign Affairs. Since joining Capgemini’s TME sector in July 2007 I’ve been exposed to many different experiences. I work out of the Herndon, VA office (or D.C. as I insist on calling it), and am currently staffed on a local project for one of the top 3 wireless providers doing financial analysis.

Before joining Capgemini I interned with a group of organizational psychologists, and love that I can continue to use my psychology background and skills in a consulting setting with Capgemini. (Yes, I am always analyzing you). The size and diversity of Capgemini lets me continue to be involved in lots of "extracurriculars", making me feel not so far removed from my college days - hello happy hours! I am actively involved with the TME Women’s initiative, recruiting, and my account’s Community and Culture team, adding a terrific balance to my client work.

Outside of work I adore traveling and can claim more foreign countries than U.S. states in my repertoire. I love to cook big meals with my friends and family (or actually, have them cooked for me!), and take my passion for chocolate to an extreme. I actually like the DC summer heat, and am eagerly anticipating its arrival for summertime!

I am a consultant with Capgemini's Strategy & Transformation consulting practice, based in Los Angeles. Since joining Capgemini, I've worked on engagements around Product Launch Sales Strategy, Pricing Strategy, and Market Entry Strategy, both domestically and internationally and across several industries, including Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Life Sciences.

Prior to joining Capgemini in 2006, I was a student at Cornell University, where I earned BS in Computer Engineering and an MEng in Management. Prior to Cagepmini, I worked within Intel's Business Development Organization on developing marketing strategies around their Digital Cities and WiMAX initiatives.

On the side, I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball. I also play the guitar and love 90s rock. Enjoy the blog and I hope I can add some insight into consulting and our group!

Aditya Bhavnani

I joined Capgemini in July 2006 after completing my Bachelors in Finance (with a minor in Art History) from Rutgers University. I grew up all over India, moving every three years as my father was in the Indian Airforce (I was in over 8 schools from 1st to 12th grade).

I initially joined the Wealth Management practice out of New York but after a couple of org changes, I now reside in the Financial Services Strategy & Transformation Practice. Even though all my clients over the past two years have been big banks, the nature of my role has been very diverse. My first project was a cost reduction initiative prioritization for a global private bank where I worked on a functional decomposition of advisor platforms. Don’t worry if you have no idea what I’m talking about because when I was on the project, I called it 'figuring out what initiatives to do when' and 'figuring out what capabilities the advisors have on their computers'.

Next I moved to an investment bank where I was the liaison between the business and a group of developers who were working on creating a trading prototype (mock trading platform) to use as a sales tool for selling services to clients.

Right now I am at another bank (surprise surprise!) leading reporting and analytics for a corporate oversight team working on location and supplier strategies for their Operations work.

Outside of my projects and work, I’m an avid golfer (who doesn’t get to play much golf living in New York), movie go’er and art appreciator!

Vineet Chhangani

I joined Capgemini in July 2006 after completing my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Growing up, I have moved around a lot and have studied and worked in three different countries.  My childhood was divided in time spent in India, Canada and U.S.A. Even though I have lost count on times I had to change my school but really enjoyed every time I moved to a different country and making new friends.

I am currently a senior consultant at Capgemini, working in Telecom, Media and Entertainment industry vertical. I have done many interesting projects in past three years and have enjoyed my travel to many remote and unique places, especially my travel to Alaska. I primarily focus on doing business analysis for wireless clients and have helped clients launch wireless services from scratch.  My project in Alaska has given me a lot of stories to talk about and I am usually referred as the ‘Alaska boy’ in the office.  I am currently working on a local project that I don’t mind after traveling for three years straight.

Working in TME division has given me opportunities that I never imagined I would have had. I have worked with very interesting people and have learned a great deal about Telecom, Media and Entertainment industry, from the experts. I love the culture of Capgemini and the collaborative environment that Capgemini offers to its consultants.

Outside of my projects and work, I love playing tennis, traveling and meeting new people.

Marcos Goldstein

Hello, I am Marcos Goldstein. I am from Caracas, Venezuela and started working at Capgemini in June of 2008. Interestingly, business consulting was nowhere in my career plans 5 years ago. Having worked in the theater as an actor for years, and coming to the US to pursue formal acting education, I ended up at the University of Puget Sound in Washington State (go Loggers!!!).  Realizing theater history was not my cup of tea, I switch majors and graduated with a Bachelor in Psychology and a minor in French.

I joined what was then called the Organizational Change Management and Human Resource Transformation practice (quite the mouthful). Now, we just call it Employee Transformation (ET)—which makes it a lot easier to fit on business cards. Our group focuses mostly on the human side of technology transformations and mediates the adoption of new systems and processes. Furthermore, activities such as talent management, strategy definition, stakeholder and leadership alignment, organizational design and communications are part of our offering portfolio.

My job is overflowing with learning opportunities, which is one of the things I love the most about this business. There is not one dull moment in consulting.

I am based out of Seattle Washington which is perfect to satisfy my thirst for the outdoors—Mt. Rainier is my favorite hiking place. I also love going to the theater and engaging in any activities related to the arts.
